N & D Lolossidis Ltd Partnership company was established in June 1989 by Nikolaos and Demetrios Lolossidis (father’s name: Kyriakos) the main offices of which are located  in Paleon Faliron of Attica.  In 1999, it  changed into S.A. under the name LOLOSSIDIS ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING ARTICLES under the distinctive title LOLOSSIDIS S.A.
